Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual who is passionate about driving results through paid advertising. If you have a strong background in digital marketing, a track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns, and are ready to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
This role will be working within our Growth team, which works across Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Website Optimisation and Customer Experience optimisation fields. You will be primarily focussed on paid performance marketing and will work with our broader team to enhance the capibilities of our Growth department as a whole. As part of the role, you will also be working in collaboration with our Design and Development teams to impliment effective activities for clients.
Location
We are based in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand. This position must be completed on site, with some occasional work from home options.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the paid performance activities for all clients, including managing Adwords, Meta/Social Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Optimise and report on the performance of paid advertising campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to drive improvements.
Assist with the development and implementation of advertising best practices, providing expertise to help steer paid strategies.
Provide support to the Marketing Manager across client Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives, collaborating to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Be familiar and comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite of tools, using them effectively to create and optimise marketing assets.
Preferred: Possess a degree in marketing, communications, or design. However, it is not essential for the role.
Have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years focused on paid performance marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
A solid understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Adwords, Meta/Social Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise the performance of paid campaigns.
Knowledge of advertising best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite / Figma tools for designing and optimising marketing assets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Marketing Manager and clients.
A degree in marketing, communications, or design is preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on paid performance marketing.
Salary
Salary will be determined by skill and experience level, we are looking across all levels of experience currently.
